  • Last Updated 04/04/2017 09:41

Dear Loyal Client,

Today (04/04/2017), we will be performing maintenance on our website. You will most likely not be able to access the main site and client area for a short period of time. We have not set an estimated time as we will be moving the website and databases to another machine, unfortunately, we cannot provide an estimated time of completion.

However, the game panel and game servers will be operational as normal, we are only performing maintenance to our website. Your servers will not be affected.

Hopefully, this will only take a couple of hours, but we will always notify you in advance in case the maintenance takes longer than expected.

We apologise in advance for any inconvenience caused.

Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about the maintenance. Please use our live chat for the quickest reply.

Kind Regards,

Network Outage (Resolved) High

Affecting System - Network

  • 18/01/2017 10:00 - 18/01/2017 18:44
  • Last Updated 18/01/2017 02:21

Dear Clients,

We have scheduled network maintenance across our servers.

Start date / time - 18/01/2016 at 10:00 AM
End date / time - 18/01/2016 at 11:00 AM

During the above maintenance there should only be a period of 1-2 minutes at most that your service will be unreachable, if it should be unreachable at all. However it is set to 1 hour incase of delays in staff arriving on site etc.

Details of works being conducted..

We'll be connecting our router in Bristol back to our network core in London. Doing this will allow us to create private networks over the 2 sites for customers, more efficiently use our address space over the 2 sites and also re-introduce Corero DDoS mitigation.

We apologise for any inconvenience.

Kind Regards,
Hexane Networks
